Vacuum exaporator is the heart of the production line after processing fruit and vegetables.

The new vacuum system consisting of a diaphragm condenser and two condensate tanks enables the separation and storage of condensate containing aromatic and preservative substances.
Automatic control of the cooling water inflow and outflow allows saving about 30% of water consumption. The new shaft bearing used, the agitator, reduces electricity consumption between 12 and 15%.
The vacuum exaporator is universal in fruit and vegetable processing.
